Okay folks, I initially ordered a jar of the Island Chili Crunch (spicy), on Amazon. Upon arrival the lid seemed as though it hadn't been properly sealed from the factory, so didn't think it'd be safe to consume. We all unfortunately know the return/exchange policy on food items, so I got the contact info. off the jar, sent an email, & hoped I hadn't just lost $$. Y'all, not only did I get a timely response, but it was a response from the founder himself! He made it soooo darn easy, as I'd attached proof of purchase & photos of the condition upon arrival, in simply asking for my mailing address & dropped me a replacement package in the mail. This was all in less than a week - Done & donskies...!
Wait, wait, wait!!! Once I opened my new package, the smell immediately made me pull out my pad thai, warm it up, & top it with this edible Gold! When I tell you I ate a ¼ of the jar night 1, it might be a lie - probably closer to ½. If you're on the fence about this, don't be. Buy this product, as you won't be disappointed. It's in a class of its own when it comes to chili crisps, & you will not taste anything like it. I regularly use 3 other chili crisps, & I've been converted. The umami, the perfect crisp & consistency is above them all. I'm likely going to have to re-do my budget as I think this has become a new weekly expense! LOL

I really the nori furikake. It’s the right balance of ingredients. I have been using it whenever I can on fish, rice, noodles and just about anything that might work as far as taste goes.

No food item escapes this chili crunch--I have slathered, doused, drizzled and poured Ono Island Chili Crunch on virtually everything that is edible--rice, potatoes, beef, chicken, tofu, pizza and I even added some to poke. I have tried at least 6 other similar sauces but Ono Chili Crunch is no ka oi. Shared some with friends who in turn purchased your product. Mahalo!

We only bought two jars because we were trying it for the first time, but it was amazing. And now it’s already gone.

It’s a great product. My only criticism is it should have a shaker opening because if you aren’t careful, you will pour too much furikaki…
